Most gyms give you equipment and leave you to it. We give you a structure. Every programme at Kinova is built around three pillars: load, recover, adapt. We track both the training and the rest. That is the only way to improve consistently.

Coached by people who train themselves.

Every coach at Kinova is an active athlete. We do not hire people who only talk about training. Our team competes in powerlifting, OCR, CrossFit, and gymnastics — depending on the season. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

  • All coaches hold Level 3 certifications minimum
  • Ongoing CPD and internal training
  • Coach-to-member ratio capped at 1:8

No. The Foundations programme is built for people starting from scratch. We assess you first and put you in the right programme.

Depends on your programme. Foundations is 3 per week. Performance is 4-5. Mobility is 3. We tell you exactly what to do and when.

Both. Coached sessions are available every day. Open floor access is included in all memberships for self-guided training.

We offer a flex membership with no weekly minimum. You train when you can. We work around your schedule.
