Most gyms give you equipment and leave you to it. We give you a structure. Every programme at Kinova is built around three pillars: load, recover, adapt. We track both the training and the rest. That is the only way to improve consistently.
Everything you do outside the gym depends on how well your body works. Sleep, focus, energy, resilience — all of it is connected to how you move and recover. We take that seriously.

An 8-week programme for people new to structured training. We build movement quality before we build load. Every session is coached. No prior experience required.

One free session, no strings. Come in, train, ask questions.
We assess your movement, fitness level, and goals. Takes 30 minutes.
We build your first 8-week block. Tailored to you, not a template.
Sessions are coached or self-guided. Progress tracked every week.

Every coach at Kinova is an active athlete. We do not hire people who only talk about training. Our team competes in powerlifting, OCR, CrossFit, and gymnastics — depending on the season. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
